We Enhance our HR Portfolio
Dear partner,
we are pleased to announce that we continue to grow and strengthen our HR portfolio. The ink has dried today and so it's official: Quiply Technologies GmbH (Quiply) is the new company in our group.
Quiply is a well-established provider of employee apps and supports medium-sized and large companies in further digitalizing HR processes and modernizing internal communication in real time, on mobile devices and regardless of location.
The quickly implementable, cloud-native Quiply app for iOS, Android, and web browsers particularly appeals to employees who do not use a desktop or the company's intranet – such as the people working in industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, retail and commerce, healthcare, and employees with high travel activity.
With customizable channels for multimedia content in over 100 languages and chat functions (both 1-on-1 and group conversations), Quiply enables efficient internal teamwork and quick coordination. Through continuous professional exchange, regardless of time and location, the app contributes to improving work efficiency in companies and fostering a positive corporate culture.
Quiply is fully GDPR-compliant and offers bank-grade encryption to protect company data. The app can be fully implemented within 24 hours and thus meets the need for fast and flexible communication in dynamic working environments.
After the acquisition of Persis GmbH and its merger with tisoware, the acquisition of Quiply is now the next strategic step to expand our product portfolio in HR. With this acquisition, we respond to the customers' growing demand for solutions for collaborative and integrative employee communication (employee engagement) and innovative services for communication in change processes (change management).
