With more than 35 years of experience, GEDYS IntraWare GmbH can look back on a very strong track record in CRM and the digitalization of sales processes. The established provider stands out in the market with a wide and modular portfolio for sales, marketing and service including dashboards and reporting as well as multi-device support via an easy-to-use app. The company's customer success and marketing automation suite is one of the most comprehensive solutions on the market.
With its "Business App" development platform, GEDYS adds a powerful low-code/no-code platform to its CRM portfolio, which allows super users to build cloud and on-premises apps for specialized departments without them requiring any programming skills. The first prototypes can be implemented within just a few days, including installation and hosting.
In the medium term, the low-code/no-code platform offers the prospect of being seamlessly integrated into the entire product portfolio of our Group in order to significantly increase the number and variety of possible use cases for customers. Combined with artificial intelligence (AI), the low-code/no-code platform has the potential to raise CRM and ERP to a whole new level.
By acquiring the company we strengthen ourselves with comprehensive CRM expertise for the mid-market, enabling us to respond to the growing customer demand for complete, fully integrated CRM functionalities as an integral part of our ERP+ solution platform.
