proALPHA informs
Dear partners,
The documentation portal is a contact point for all users of our group's solutions - here you can find all useful information about our products: from the Application Guide to the product description to the answers to technical questions, as well as new functions and all the latest news.
Now the documentation portal has been updated, which has not only created a new guise, but also many other contents and advantages.
These are important new features:
- The start page is tailored to the entire proALPHA group. The help for NEMO and InfoZoom are integrated
- The division by topic areas supports the users in quickly obtaining information. There are new topics, e.g. "Onboarding" for users who start anew with proALPHA
- New filter options help you filter search results better. For example, you can filter for the Application Guide, a specific function (e.g. reporting), and a topic (e.g. financial accounting).
- Videos have been added to the information spectrum, e.g., for proALPHA ray
- Departments can now provide information from the pA Intranet (pA World). More information about this will follow soon!
Another advantage:
- All content is also available in ServiceNow
- In addition, suggestions for solving their problem are directly suggested to customers when they open a case
This is another step towards a better self-service!
